Responsibilities
Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed with COSI and Ministry of HRSD
Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations
Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks
Implementing HR applications in ERP System
Conducting training sessions to employees and clients
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or a related field.
Fluent in English Language
Good communication skills – both written and verbal
Able to travel for business trips
Nice to Have
Familiar in HR system applications (Odoo ERP)
Live in Riyadh
